Scope: As a member of LightPoint’s Strategic Advisory Team, this role will serve as a key player in our organization’s Assessment & Implementation Team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing Leadership Development, HR, and Workforce Management strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company’s organizational transformation. As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and solutions to optimize our clients Human Capital Management and Leadership Strategies across the entire employee lifecycle. Core Responsibilities Include:
Organizational Assessment:

Sr. HR Management Strategist (ex. Sr. Director or Director Level)

Scope: As a member of LightPoint Advisor’s Workforce Management Strategy Team, this role will serve as a key player in our client’s Human Resource Management department. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company’s organizational transformation. The Sr. HR Management Strategist will be responsible for daily oversight and management of strategic program deliverables to ensure projected results are achieved. This role will function as the principal onsite Consultant and Implementation Specialist during scope of engagement. This role will also serve as a site-level escalation point for HR matters within the scope of the engagement, while also collaborating directly with our client’s corporate VP of Human Resources.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and address workforce challenges and opportunities.
Acquisition and Retention:

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Southern California Region (Riverside, Beaumont, San Bernardino)

Scope: As a member of LightPoint Advisor’s Workforce Management Strategy Team, this role will serve as a key player in our client’s Human Resource Management department. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing the execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company’s organizational transformation. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the oversight and management of the site-level HR operations, including oversight of the HR Generalist and/or Administrators that may be assigned to other facilities in the region. The HRBP will manage the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. In addition, they will also carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development activities, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) administration and authorizations (as applicable), general employee relations, and oversight of the field HR Generalist. They will also serve as a point of escalation above the site-level HR representatives.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Leadership and Oversight:
- Manage and provide oversight to HR Generalists and/or Administrators at various facilities within the region.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex HR issues above the site-level HR representatives.
HR Operations Management:
- Administer and ensure compliance with human resources policies, procedures, and programs.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company’s organizational transformation. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks involving the maintenance of employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, payroll/benefits administration support, navigating employee relations matters, coordinating new hire and on-the-job training, creating HR documentation, generating reports, providing general administrative support, managing data entry and databases, and maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information. Their contributions will be vital in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee well-being, and ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes in an organization.
