Mike is an experienced continuous improvement leader (LSSBB) with expertise in facilitation, training, and implementation of Lean Six Sigma. His recent focus has been to implement program and project management methodologies within an IT heavy program to meet worldwide but country specific requirements for serialization of pharmaceutical drug products.
His experience includes working with cross-functional teams within a diverse range of industries and products including manufacturing, medical devices (FDA-regulated), health care, pharmaceutical, financial services (SEC regulated), retail operations and back-office processes focused on simplifying complexity for lasting improvement. Rachel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Organizations Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology with a concentration in Community Building and Social Change from Emory University. Rachel holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with a micro-credential in Organizational Transformation (OT). After over a decade of helping people build leadership skills and equipping teams with the knowledge and tools to work better together, her professional interests broadened to include promoting mindfulness in diverse work settings. Rachel is a mindfulness meditation teacher (MBSR) as well as a registered yoga teacher (RYT), providing program development, retreats, course instruction & curriculum, workshops, and coaching to support individuals, teams, and organizations in cultivating awareness, navigating change, and building resilience.
