Job Summary 

LightPoint Advisors is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Customer Solutions Advisor to help expand our reach in the organizational performance, professional development, and leadership training space. This role will have an immediate focus on selling our leadership development & succession planning solutions including our customized leadership workshops, underpinned by our EMERGE (sm), ASCEND(sm), and TRANSCEND(sm) development programs to businesses and organizations seeking to strengthen leadership capability and transform organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B consultative sales, ideally in professional services, training, or leadership development.

    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Distribution
    • Create and schedule digital content that highlights LightPoint’s proprietary leadership frameworks, consulting solutions, and thought leadership.
    • Support & create blogs, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and landing page content aligned to key service lines and market segments.
    •  Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for brand-aligned creative assets
    • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere Rush) for short-form clips and thought leadership content
  • Social Media & Brand Engagement

Position Summary:

LightPoint Advisors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our client acquisition efforts through data-driven lead generation, qualification, and CRM administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the early stages of the sales process, excels at researching and identifying prospects, and takes ownership of building a high-quality pipeline.

The BDR will support appointment-setting efforts, but the core focus of the role is curating targeted lead lists, generating qualified leads, maintaining clean CRM records, and ensuring sales process integrity through HubSpot administration. This is a primarily remote position based in the Atlanta, GA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead List Curation: Research and compile high-quality, segmented lead lists based
    on target markets, industries, and buyer personas aligned with LightPoint Advisors’ strategic goals.
  • Lead Generation: Execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, social media, cold calls) to initiate contact and generate new business leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial engagement to assess prospect needs and determine fit, prioritizing leads based on defined qualification criteria.

This role will function as the principal onsite Consultant and Implementation Specialist during scope of engagement. This role will also serve as a site-level escalation point for HR matters within the scope of the engagement, while also collaborating directly with our client’s corporate VP of Human Resources.

Scope: As a member of LightPoint Advisor’s Workforce Management Strategy Team, this role will serve as a key player in our client’s Human Resource Management department. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing the execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company’s organizational transformation. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the oversight and management of the site-level HR operations, including oversight of the HR Generalist and/or Administrators that may be assigned to other facilities in the region. The HRBP will manage the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. In addition, they will also carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development activities, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) administration and authorizations (as applicable), general employee relations, and oversight of the field HR Generalist.
